Customization

From your logo to a coordinated uniform.

Every project follows the same path: it starts from your identity and ends with uniforms ready for the whole staff.

How it starts

The stages of a project, from first contact to delivery.

  1. The brief

Tell us about your venue, departments, headcount and preferences. If you have brand guidelines, we start there.

  2. Fabrics and colors

Together we choose fabrics suited to each department and a palette consistent with your venue's identity.

  3. Logo embroidery or print

We define the technique, size and position of the logo on each garment.

  4. The sample

Before production you can check fabric, fit and customization on a free sample by prior agreement.

  5. Production

Once the sample is approved, we produce the garments in the sizes collected for your staff.

  6. Delivery

We deliver the uniforms and remain available for reorders and new staff.

Customization techniques

The right technique depends on the garment, the fabric and the look you want.

Embroidery

Elegant and long-lasting, suited to jackets, shirts, polos and aprons. The classic choice for the venue logo on the chest or collar.

Print

Suited to larger or multi-color graphics, and to garments where embroidery would be too stiff.

Colors and fabrics

Together we choose a palette consistent with the venue's identity: one shared base color and details that set departments apart without breaking the whole.

For fabrics we consider real use: hours on your feet, kitchen heat, spa humidity, outdoor work, frequent washing. We suggest the right options for each department.

Coordination across departments

Front office, housekeeping, restaurant, spa, gardening and maintenance have different needs, but they should look like part of the same project.

That's why we design departments together: the same reference colors, the same logo style, different garments where the work requires it.

Indicative timing

Timing depends on the number of garments, the techniques chosen and the season. As a reference:

  • Proposal: after first contact and the brief
  • Free sample by prior agreement: after the proposal is approved
  • Production and delivery: 3 to 5 weeks after the sample is approved

For the start of the season it's best to begin a few weeks ahead: we confirm exact timing together with the quote.
